Customer Service Coordinator

Summary

This is a temporary position available for a professional, diplomatic and client-oriented individual who will not only be building and maintaining relationships with customers, but will also provide advice and solve client-oriented obstacles.  Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing orders and sales reporting.

Requirements

·         Experience in Customer Service

·         Experience in Administration Coordination or related field

·         Fluency in both English and Korean preferred

·         College graduate (Accounting or related major preferred)

·         SAP experience preferred, but not required

Brand Ambassador

Job Summary: Coordinate, demonstrate and promote Kiss Nail Products in shopping areas from coast to coast.  This position is also responsible for researching and organizing promotional sites within shopping venues.  The ultimate function of the Brand Ambassador is to amplify national public interest in some of the hottest beauty products on the market!

Requirements:

·         1-2+ years experience in marketing, sales, public relations, or other related fields –preferred

·         Must be willing to travel extensively

·         Must be willing to work weekends (in exchange for two weekdays off)

·         Excellent interpersonal communication skills required

·         Candidate should have a thorough understanding of the fashion/nail retail industry

·         Social media experience is a plus

Product Strategy Specialist

Job Summary: Support Product Strategy Manger to plan effective execution of new products, maintain basic business and marketing initiatives for both domestic and global markets. Support merchandising planning and monitor its timelines for launch support to meet ship dates. Manage the online presence and digital media campaigns for multiple beauty brands through brand websites and social networking platforms. Coordinate all logistics and creative aspects with tradeshow and manage on-site logistics.

 Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business preferred

·         Willingness to travel

·         Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills required.

·         Must be results oriented and have the ability to work within a cross-functional team.

Industrial Designer

Job Summary:

This position will create visual and functional prototype for research and internal review.  Communicate design intent to factories by creating Technical ID Specifications detailing fit, finishes, color, graphics and more as well as bringing products from concept to production. 

Requirements:

·         5-8+ years of experience working as a designer in small appliances, consumer electronics or beauty and hair appliances related field

·         2D skills via sketching, illustrator, and Photoshop

·         Proficiency with Solidworks, UG Required

·         Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline driven environment

·          Have knowledge of current trends, materials and innovations within the design and small Hair and Beauty appliances

·         Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, last minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude

·         Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and part design

·         Ability to deliver clear CAD to Engineering and Manufacturing

Package Designer

Job Summary:

Seeking a designer with strong graphic sensibilities as applied to consumer goods and cosmetic/beauty packaging.  Designer will be working with retouches and provide markups to oversee retouching.  Design deals with packaging, tradeshows, POP/banners, displays, labels, as well as sales promotion materials to support the growing needs of business units within the company. 

Requirements:

·         3-5 years of Package Design experience

·         Strong awareness of trends in the beauty industry and youthful-styles

·         Strong quick ability to generate concepts using Photoshop as needed with minor retouching of beauty shots for quick workups.

·         Ability to interact with Product Strategy/Marketing Teams and vendors and extract necessary information with follow - through

·         Organized person with commitment to workflow and maintaining a daily report

 
Nail Designer

Job Summary:

This position will design and create the nail products themselves.  They must research current fashion, style, and trends and apply it to the product they create.  The Nail Designer will oversee the actual design, and implement that into a final product.  They are responsible to work with oversees factory as well as internal teams to ensure that their idea is able to be transformed into a tangible design.

Requirements:

·         5-7 Years professional experience in designing textile or apparel graphic

·         Fine art, illustration, fabric design, and nail design experience a PLUS

·         Korean speaking a plus

·         Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator in a Mac environment

·         Thorough understanding of the fashion/nail retail industry

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
