I love french manicures but after 5 brutal months of going to the salon to get acrylic nails/fill-ins, I decided my nails (and my wallet) needed a break. Unfortunately, after removing the salon acrylic nails, my natural nails were so damaged it hurt to do anything (e.g. wash my hair, dishes, clean, etc.). They were so thin from all of the filing that was done by the salons that performing my daily functions became unbearable with my bare nails. That's when my sister introduced me to Kiss Nails. She said try it to see if you like it while waiting for your nails to grow in strong again. I was skeptical at first because I can be hard on my nails but after trying it for 2 weeks, I was officially sold to the product! It looks much more natural than acrylic nails because it's not thick and bulky but yet it has proved to be much stronger than salon acrylic nails for me. For those who are hard on their nails like me, I found it to be helpful to apply a coat of brush-on nail gel for added adhesive strength. I especially love the Custom Fit (CF06) line. I agree with the two testimonials above, about the nail salons hurting your fingers. I was tortured for YEARS. Finally after having such damaged nails from all the filing, I decided to buy these and try them. THESE ARE THE BEST THING EVER - painless, strong, and they look great - not only that, they are so much more economical. I was paying $40-$80 every two weeks at the salon. I love Kiss nails. I used to go to the salon every 3 weeks and get my nails done, it got to be very expensive and it seemed they were always getting higher. Since I stopped going and started using Kiss nails, I have received more compliments on my nails. I have received more copliments on Kiss nails than I did when I had them professionally done! I love these nails!!! I was using the full cover nails from Kiss for a while , but wanted a French Manicure , I tried painting them on the full cover nails , but it never looked right and the full cover nails didn't fit right on all my nails. Plus trying to paint a French tip was becoming time consuming and they always came out messy . I decided to try the French nails , and I was so Impressed on natural they look. My sister actually thought I went to the salon and got them done. I like that I paint over them or wear them as French , and if I want a colored tip all I do is paint the tip , they come out so nice and neat now . Thanks Kiss.
