SHIPPING INFORMATION
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION
- You may experience shipping delays due to high volume of orders and USPS. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time, and other conditions, with no guarantees.
- All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed by 11AM EST will ship within approximately 12-48 hours.
- Currently, shipping to all U.S. states is through USPS. We DO NOT ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.
- US Shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery.
- We can only ship to one address per order.

- Standard domestic shipping, US (orders under $24.99): $5.95
- Standard domestic shipping, US (orders $24.99+): FREE shipping
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Our international shipping services currently covers Canada only. Currently, shipping to Canada provinces is through DHL.
- Please note that all shipping times are estimated and depend on local postal services. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Shipping, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout, so there will be no surprise fees at delivery.
- Customers can use their own local currency and a local payment method at checkout.
- Refused packages will be returned to KISS at the customer’s expense. Value of goods will be refunded, but initial shipping and return shipping are non-refundable.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress through our website or directly on the carrier's website.
- We accept returns and exchanges on international orders under the same conditions as domestic orders. However, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated duties and taxes. Review our RETURNS & EXCHANGES policy below for full details.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please provide accurate city, state, zip code and apt. # if applicable, and be sure to double check that all fields have correct information. Abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos that result in delivery errors might be shipped back to us. Note: we make every effort to re-ship; if we can’t reach you within 10 business days, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price to the original form of payment.
BILLING ADDRESS
Please verify that your billing information matches your credit card billing address. Name/street/city/state/zip/apt #, address, must match EXACTLY, with no typos or misspellings. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)
MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the USPS, DHL or any other delivery service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS, DHL or any other delivery service, we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information, we may be able to further assist in this matter; otherwise, we only have the capacity to track your package.
ORDER INFORMATION
Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer. We do not sell items at wholesale prices.

Explanations of ORDER STATUS
Pending: Your order is processing, and payment is being authorized.
Payment Review: A 3rd party payment processor (such as Venmo or PayPal) has not yet released payment to us.
Packing: Picking and preparing your order for shipment is in progress.
Shipped: Once your order has left one of our warehouses.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you successfully place your order, you will receive an email with the details including order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), product details, prices, any promo codes or coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. This order confirmation email is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most orders ship within 12-48 hours after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please email customer service for KISS at orders@kissusa.com. We can’t process orders cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, but we will notify you on the following business day. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s). Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed no changes (email address, mailing address, or order quantities and details) can be made.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item(s) received is (are) damaged, defective, or incorrect; item(s) MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until we receive the damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from kissusa.com for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition. Once the item is received at our warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of a defective product.
Regarding product descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any of our services is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Color appearance on a monitor or mobile display can look altered under various illumination conditions. If a product we offer is not accurate as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
- When you return your purchase to us by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s) once we receive the return.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date will not be accepted.
- Any opened or used product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice. You may use the original package or pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.

ELECTRONICS & HAIR TOOLS WARRANTY POLICY
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sales or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. If found defective within the warranty period, please send back the item properly packaged to the above address.
IMPORTANT: Your return must be accompanied by:
(a) Proof of Purchase: your bill of sale indicating the place and date of purchase (this can be a bank statement if you cannot provide a receipt)
(b) Service Tag must include the following information: your full name, address, model # of the item, date of purchase, nature of the problem with the item. This can be handwritten if you do not have the paperwork
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item in your order please contact KISS customer service at orders@kissusa.com and we will help you replace the item. Once a damaged or defective item has been checked in at our warehouse, we will quickly send out your replacement item.
REFUNDS
Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt of return to our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of this website, or to any products or services sold or distributed by us or through this website will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages) and must follow the terms contained herein as a court would. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel membership from customers suspected of fraud or other misuse of our website.
