How do I log into my account?

You can access your account to manage subscriptions through the store's top navigation menu. To log in, enter your email address and receive a six-digit verification code sent to your email or mobile device.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

You must be logged in to your account to view and manage subscriptions from the "Subscriptions" tab. You can use the "Manage Subscription" drop-down menu for quick actions, including:

  • Viewing subscription details.
  • Skipping the next order.
  • Pausing or resuming a subscription.
  • Past Orders.

How do I update my payment information?

  • Log in to your account, then click "Subscriptions."
  • Click the subscription with the payment information you want to edit.
  • Under "Overview," click the pencil icon next to "Payment."
  • In the "Replace Payment Method" dialog, select the desired payment method.
  • Optionally, add a new payment method by clicking "Edit" and selecting "Add" to input a new credit card, debit card, or digital wallet.
  • Click "Save."

How can I update my shipping address or payment information?

  • Log in to your account, then click "Subscriptions."
  • Click the subscription with the shipping address you want to edit.
  • Under "Overview," click the pencil icon next to "Shipping Address."
  • In the "Edit Shipping Address" dialog, make changes to the address.
  • Click "Save."

How do I skip a delivery on my subscription temporarily?

  • Log in to your account, then click "Subscriptions."
  • Click the subscription you want to skip.
  • Under "Upcoming Order," click "Skip."
  • In the "Skip Next Order" dialog, click "Skip" to confirm.
  • Optionally, click "Skip" again to skip additional upcoming orders.
  • Click "X" to return to your account. A "Next Order Skipped" banner will confirm the order has been skipped.

How do I pause my subscription?

Subscriptions can be paused immediately, and you won't receive further charges or orders. You can resume your subscription at any time.

  • Log in to your account, then click "Subscriptions."
  • Click the subscription you want to pause.
  • Under "Overview," click "Pause Subscription."
  • Click "Pause Subscription" to confirm. A "Subscription Paused" banner will confirm your subscription is paused.

You can resume your subscription by:

  • Log in to your account, then click "Subscriptions."
  • Click the subscription you want to resume.
  • Under "Overview," click "Resume Subscription."
  • In the "Resume Subscription" dialog, click "Continue." A "Subscription Resumed" banner will confirm your subscription is resumed.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

If you cancel your subscription, billing and delivery end immediately. Canceling a subscription cannot be undone. If you want to temporarily stop receiving orders, pause your subscription instead.

  • Log in to your account, then click "Subscriptions."
  • Click the subscription you want to cancel.
  • Under "Overview," click "Cancel Subscription."
  • In the "Cancel Subscription" dialog, click "Cancel Subscription" to confirm. A "Subscription Canceled" banner will confirm your subscription is canceled.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your order, please email customer service for KISS at orders@kissusa.com. We can’t process orders cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, but we will notify you on the following business day. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s). Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed no changes (email address, mailing address, or order quantities and details) can be made.
