Instead it has a light, fresh fragrance that doesn’t smell like apples, but sort of hints at a fresh fruit. I wasn’t clear on when I was supposed to fit it into my wash routine, so I experimented. The winner was wash, use this rinse, then condition. Once I tried to skip the conditioner because the rinse made my hair feel so smooth I thought I could get away with it. Nope, my fine tangly curls needed conditioner as well. I notice fewer scalp flakes after using this, so I appreciate that!"
